I have never seen a website which not only teaches you different languages but also engages you in different activities that would help in enhancing your ability to use the those languages. Some days back while I was searching for some useful web content, I came across a website named www.busuu.com . It was an interactive website with a purpose of teaching various languages to people online. When I went deeper into that site I found that it was unlike other ordinary sites that just give you some converted texts to memorize it. It offered immense oral practice at different levels and also interactive video chat for helping people to get fluent with those languages.
Like many other websites, it also has two memberships, first one is the free one while the other, premium membership (that would cost you). But what was different about it was one could even learn 95% of the languages perfectly with just the free membership. And interestingly, the premium membership was also not very costly. It had a wide range of options to help one out and there was even a mechanism which allowed setting the goals for a day or week or month and the website would work according to you (this only shows how much user friendly that website is…).
So if you’re planning to learn different languages like Spanish or Portuguese online, busuu is a great place to start with. And what’s more important is that you need not spend money. It will enhance and carve out your knowledge about languages in an extremely beautiful way.
