Personally, BlogSpot is my favourite. You just need to go to these addresses and click the CREATE A BLOG button and follow the steps. The only problem which you have to face is that you cannot get a domain name of your own choice, i.e., you can have web address of your own choice but with an extension of the service provider.
This is the sole problem one has to face in creating blogs and everything else is just fine, and EASY. And you should also know that creating a blog is sometimes profitable too. What I mean to say is that blogs sometime can provide you with some handy money. There are different ways to earn by the medium of blogs and the only requirement for this is good material. You must have your blog with that can attract readers. And besides, blogs are a powerful medium to share your knowledge and experience with others and tell people what is own your mind.
